The Molokai HĀ Design Team is hosting its 7th Annual ʻAha ʻŌpio O Molokai. A LIVE in-person event.

Please join us as we talk story with our youth and elders and engage in the themes of "Molokai ‘Aina Momona - Sustainability & A Thriving Island” and “Molokai No Ka Heke - Kanaka Excellence."

To celebrate innovation, any product that shares student mo‘olelo is encouraged.  Student work shall align with one or more of the HĀ outcomes: Belonging, Responsibility, Excellence, Aloha, Total Well Being, and Hawaiʻi.

Types of work may look like: Hōʻikeʻike Moʻolelo (dance, speech, mele),  Manaʻo Moʻolelo (fine arts [painting/ drawing, photography, handmade items], essay, video), or Hana Lima Moʻolelo (demonstration, skill set, knowledge).

​This event is an excellent forum for publishing Gold Standard projects in project based learning.
